Interim Financial Integration Manager

The investment philosophy is built on enabling entrepreneurship, where segments have their own management team. MTs are supported by support centers (development, infrastructure, finance, and M&A) to capture scale benefits and to leverage companies best practices. It is a growing company (acquisitive and organic), headquartered in Randstad Netherlands and realizing more than €160m revenue.

Functie

We are looking for an experienced financial to support local finance department of the target in the post-acquisition financial integration of the target. Challenge consists of: 
•    Getting a clear understanding of the accounting of the target and the (dis)alignment with group accounting;
•    Setting up a plan of approach for the financial integration of the target, aligning the companies stakeholders (FC, BC, BI, M&A, CFO)
•    Setting up a plan of approach for the financial integration of the target, aligning the stakeholders of the target on the why, how and what;
•    Setting up a detailed planning with clear tasks and responsibilities, deadlines and action holders;
•    Setting up and maintaining communication keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and aligned, within the company and within the target; 
•    Realizing a smooth integration of the target in our month end closing procedures (including standardized reporting) including a handover to Financial Control, Business Control and Business Intelligence.

Success is achieved when all stakeholders are well-informed along the way working towards the integration of the target in the month end closing procedures, so the target knows what to deliver when with what timelines and establishing a well organized cooperation with the Dutch finance team.

Functie-eisen

•    Strong communicator (at different levels) with hands on experience with financial integrations or financial project management;
•    Excellent accounting knowledge and skills (Dutch GAAP required; IFRS, UK GAAP, or German GAAP is a plus);
•    Structured and pragmatic; corporate skillset, SME mindset;
•    Self starting and hands on, result oriented;
•    Feeling for cultural differences;
•    Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus;
•    Experience with complex transformations, and migrations is preferred.
