Functie

•    Lead and manage relocation projects for employees, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to timelines, budgets, and company policies.
•    Oversee the end-to-end relocation process, including planning, coordination, vendor management, and logistics to ensure seamless relocation experiences.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, legal) to ensure compliance with local regulations, cost management, and effective communication throughout the relocation process.
•    Provide expert advice on relocation policies, best practices, and support to employees, helping them navigate the logistical and cultural aspects of their relocation.
•    Monitor and report on the progress of relocation projects, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project success.
