– Te ondersteunen bij besluitvorming en richtingen rondom proces optimalisaties en HR systeem inrichtingen

– HR partner is van de CEO voor de dossiers die via hem verlopen

– Professional met stevige vakinhoudelijke HR kennis

– Team te begeleiden om focus aan te brengen/prioriteren/terugbrengen in behapbare proporties

– Ondersteunt bij team formatie op orde brengen, in samenspraak met mij

– Goede communicatie skills, verbindend, niet hiërarchisch is in aansturing, maar coachend/faciliterend/ondersteunend gericht op groei van de afdeling

Op dit moment actief met de implementatie van nieuw ERP (Microsoft).

The complexity of our company has significantly increased in recent years. Our company has undergone substantial growth, expanding geographically within the market we operate. We operate under a multitude of legal structures and various reporting lines that vary in design and maturity.

Growth and development also apply for the Finance function.

Our new Finance Transformation Lead plays a crucial role in transforming the Finance organization into one that is more process and technology-driven, working collaboratively with the business. Additionally, the level of service provided by the Finance department needs to be elevated. Harmonizing internal reporting processes is a key component of this transformation. The new Finance Transformation Lead will need to take the lead by creating and communicating a clear Finance roadmap. This roadmap will then be implemented.
