Interim Manager Consolidation & Reporting
Introductie
We are looking for an experienced Interim Manager Consolidation & Reporting for an internationally operating Dutch organization headquartered near Amsterdam. The company generates approximately €200 million annual turnover and operates in a dynamic international environment with multiple legal entities and global stakeholders. This assignment is ideal for a senior interim finance professional who thrives in ownership, structure, and delivery under deadline pressure.
Functie
You will take full ownership of the group consolidation and statutory reporting process across approximately 25 entities (around half based in the Netherlands). This is a stand-alone role with direct alignment with the CFO, whom you will keep closely informed on progress, risks, and milestones.
A key objective is delivering the statutory financial statements by 30 May (hard deadline).
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and execute group consolidation using Tagetik
• Deliver statutory financial statements and ensure full audit readiness
• Primary contact for the external auditor
• Manage SBR reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide fiscal coordination and guidance with internal and external stakeholders
• Safeguard data integrity between Oracle ERP and consolidation reporting
• Proactively manage timelines, issues, and CFO reporting cadence

Profile:
• Proven interim track record in consolidation & reporting roles within internationally active companies
• Strong hands-on consolidation experience in multi-entity environments
• Experience with Tagetik (must-have) and familiarity with Oracle ERP
• Comfortable operating independently in a stand-alone position
• Strong delivery mindset and audit-focused way of working
• RA background is a plus, not a requirement
• English required, Dutch preferred
